Reception

A show stopping entrance which allows the reception to be an amenity for the whole building.  The reception is fitted out with purposeful furniture and work spaces fronting on to Manchester Cathedral with planting and artwork to soften the space. This space also benefits from a food and beverage offering where occupiers can meet and relax over coffee and snacks.

First floor and part second

This floor is primarily private office focused with a variety of office sizes ranging from 4  to 50+ people in order to cater for SME and startups and larger firms looking for greater flexibility.  There is a further breakout space on this floor with farmhouse tables, soft seating and a coffee bar making the most of the views over to the Cathedral.  This space will be used for informal meetings and collaboration whilst also doubling up as an events space in the evenings.

Roof Terrace 

X+Why believe this is a huge asset to the building.  The terrace is accessible to all, creating a central amenity at the heart of the building for the wider 100 Embankment occupants.  We have ensured that the space is usable all year round for a variety of uses.  It can provide overflow hot desking and meeting areas in Spring/Summer, providing a flexible layout to offer a variety of uses such as event space, wellness and collaboration.
